Our client, situated in the city of Antwerp, is a leading provider of diesel card services to B2B transport companies across Europe, with a network spanning over 600 stations. Their dedicated Customer Service Team handles inquiries and complaints from customers, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining high standards of service excellence. The team consists of over 20 language speakers, including expats and local colleagues, focused on addressing customer needs effectively.

Your responsibilities as a Customer Service Representative

  • Handle complex customer complaints, including tax, compliance, and fraud-related issues.
  • Analyze and resolve customer credit concerns to prevent account blocks.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders during case investigations.
  • Provide support through various channels, including phone calls and online platforms.
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize processes and enhance customer satisfaction.

Jouw profiel

Who are you?
  • Fluent in Slovak and Czech (for the May start position) or Polish (for the July start position)
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
  • You already have experience in Customer Service or related fields.
  • Familiarity with financial processes and/or credit handling
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills for interacting with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to adapt quickly, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a team.
  • High sense of accountability and customer-centric approach.
